Guarantees

Interior painting - We guarantee areas not to chip or peel for three years under normal wear. If it does, we will come back and do touch-ups at no expense to the customer. We leave touch up paints at each job when finished.

Exterior painting - We guarantee any exterior work as follows:

• Exterior plaster coated with Elastomeric Waterproof Coating including rock dash, glass dash, and brick - 10 years not to chip or peel
• Wood siding - primed and coated with exterior coating - 10 years not to chip or peel
• Wood trim including metal railings - 5 years not to chip or peel
• Metal railings and doors - 3 years not to peel or rust
• Decks and Stairs - 3 years not to peel or rust
